PROCESS & MATERIALS

 

'Pirate Pete' 

Head: sculpted with clay, plaster mould, silicone mould, beads placed for the eyes with painted pupil. Hair made of wool and glued into silicone with hot glue. Face painted with pigmented silicone.  

Hands: sculpted with clay, plaster mould, silicone mould, covered in fabric stitched and painted.

Body: foam and tape over wire , clothes made of different varieties of fabric sewn and glued together.

'Big Bad Wolf, Archie, Badger Dog" 

Animal Armatures:  twisted aluminium and copper wire and foam. 

Body and Fur: Needle Felted with wool.

Eyes and Teeth: pins, tooth picks, hot-glued and pinned  in.

'Other'

Head: Polyester ball, modelling clay and clay painted with acrylic. 

Body: Wire , felt and fabric sewn and glued.
